Guest Experience Training
Guest Experience training is done on-site and incorporates both staff and management in a number of training modules. It is usually 2 - 5 days depending on the level of training required.

5 Day on-site training is a more intensive program and incorportates much in the program dealing with the basics of Hospitality, again it is aimed at both management and staff and will be tailor made to suit your specific needs.
